The first two 3D entries for the 6th University of Western Australia (UWA) Grand Art and Machinima Challenge have been submitted. And surprise, surprise mine is one of them! I'm never early so this is very unusual for me.
You'll find a Teleporter to my mega-sized build here and Chic Aeon's wonderful 3D creation, also quite large, is beside mine.
Click here for an outline of the challenge theme and rules.
Entries close at Midnight SLT, 31st October 2015 so expect many more submissions between now and then! Maybe even one of your own?
Marooned in Second Life? Don't panic. With the 'Castaway set' you'll have a hut, fruit, seafood, a campfire (click on/off), seating and even palm trees for shade. Yep, everything you need to survive until help arrives. Whew! #secondlife

Add a 'wow factor' to your location, parcel or sim with the amazing, 'Not drowning, falling' sculpture / statue! Only 4LI! Click here to see this creation in #Secondlife.
Nothing is more frustrating than setting up a Second Life inworld store only to find no one visits, let alone buys any products. So how come some SL stores are always busy and others - perhaps even your own - are deserted?
A key question to ask yourself

It takes constant work to secure regular SL customers and part of that involves a willingness to try different tactics.
Here are a few tips that can help drive traffic to your store and increase sales:
9. OFFER DEALS on a REGULAR BASIS
I hope these ideas help a few SL Merchants, whether you already have a store or are thinking about getting one. If you are considering setting up a store you might like to take a look at Pixel Bits Village.
Does anyone have any other helpful SL marketing tips they’d like to share?
